Concierge Services

Lowery, Law, P.C. represents clients in a wide range of legal matters with an emphasis on health care law matters, corporate and guardianship matters.  When you need an experienced  attorney, schedule a consultation with Margaret Lowery.

The firms founder, Margaret J. Lowery, has 30 years of legal experience.  In addition, she has taught extensively in the areas of health care law and has multiple publications to her credit - including chapters in The Law of Medical Practice in Illinois.  Admitted to the bar in Illinois & Oklahoma, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for Central District of Illinois and Northern District of Oklahoma.

Our specialty is concierge services to business and individuals where your legal needs can be met through flat rate fees.  No longer will you need to worry about how much your legal matter will cost.  You will know up front the total amount of your attorney fees.  Costs, such as filing fees are paid separately.

The benefit of alternative billing arrangements for business owners is that legal fees are a defined line item in an annual budget with no surprises.  You do not have to worry about "how much will that phone call cost me" because your legal needs are met through a fee for service and not an hourly rate.   Health care institutions can now be confident that their legal service projects will come in "on time and within budget."

Lowery Law also utilizes state of the art technology to assist clients.  When you telephone the office, you speak with the attorney, not a secretary.  You also have direct access to the attorney via secure electronic communications.

At Lowery Law, we serve our clients by being "On Time, On Budget & On Target!"
